Registrations for the 2019/20 season will open online on July 1st.
All players will be required to register online prior to the season's commencement on October 5th (1st & 2nd Grade) or October 12th (3rd Grade and below). Players who are early to register will be able to take advantage of payment-plan options available through the new online system.
This new system has been driven by Cricket NSW and MyCricket in order to ensure that all players are correctly registered and insured and to alleviate the administrative burden upon club volunteers.
In 2019/20 the following structures will be played within the CCCA competition (in summary);
1st & 2nd Grade - Remain playing 6 matches of each format (T20, ODLO, 2-Day). 21 Saturdays.
3rd Grade - 6th Grade - 18 Saturdays of 40 over one day matches.
7th Grade and below - 18 Saturdays of 40 over one day matches, including some player restrictions, e.g. retire at 50*, minimum 6 bowlers with a max of 8 overs each
Ladies T20 - All T20 matches with player restrictions, e.g. batters retire at 50* or after facing 30 deliveries - may return at fall of 7th wicket.
Club training is likely to begin on Sundays in September before moving to Thursday afternoon/evenings during the season. The First Grade and development squad may begin training earlier and have additional mid-week sessions during season.
